AS A RESULT, PROCESSING TIMES TYPICALLY RANGE FROM 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS. DURING HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS SUCH AS HOLIDAYS OR NEW RELEASES, THESE TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS, PLEASE REFER TO THE ITEM DESCRIPTION, AS PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY BY PRODUCT.

HOWEVER, WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS.

WHAT IS YOUR STORE CREDIT POLICY?

STORE CREDITS MAY BE APPLIED TO ANY FULL-PRICED ITEMS AND ARE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. THEY CAN BE USED IN FULL OR SPLIT ACROSS MULTIPLE ORDERS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.
