ORDERS

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Most of our designs are created in-house, requiring a bit of time to perfect.  

As a result, processing times typically range from 4-10 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During high-demand periods such as holidays or new releases, these times may be extended.  

For specific details, please refer to the item description, as processing times may vary by product. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY ORDER PRODUCED BY A SPECIFIC DATE? 

We want you to feel like her, feminine and confident whatever the occasion.  

We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives by the specified date. Please reach out to our customer care team before placing your order to explore your options further. 

HOW DOES PRE ORDER WORK?

Pre order items are clearly indicated in both the product title and description.  

Refer to the description for all essential details. As these items are made to order, production may take between 3-4 weeks, though they may arrive sooner.  

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. 

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation and amendment requests must be made within 8 hours of placing your order. 

Contact orders@fynry.com with your order number and request, and our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do! 

All orders are shipped via DPD express and typically arrive within 1-7 business days after production is complete. 

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS AND TAX CHARGES?

Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your location and item value.  

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.  

Please note, FYNRY is not responsible for any customs-related delays. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

At FYNRY we understand that sizing may vary, and we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges for the perfect fit. 

Returns + Exchange Policy

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To request a exchange, contact orders@fynry.com within 7 business days of receiving your order with: 

Full name, email, and order number 

Item name, size, and reason for exchange  

Once approved, our team will provide the return address. Items must be shipped back within 7 business days. Return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. FYNRY is not responsible for lost returns.

WHAT IS YOUR STORE CREDIT POLICY?

Store credits may be applied to any full-priced items and are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of issue. They can be used in full or split across multiple orders within the specified time frame.
