Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days following processing. Kindly note: during peak periods and new releases please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch. 

All FYNRY deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We ship via DPD Express, ensuring that your order reaches you within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, kindly note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.  

If an order is returned to us, it will be considered abandoned if we do not receive communication from you within 7 business days. 

UK Express: 1-3 Business days

Europe Express: 2-3 Business days 

USA Express: 3-7 Business Days 

Rest Of The World Express: 3-10 Business Days

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier or local customs office regarding payment. Customs policies vary by country and may cause delays. FYNRY is not responsible for any customs fees or clearance delays.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or failure to comply with customs requirements, additional return and re-shipping costs must be covered before the order can be reissued.
