  • THE ITEM NAME, SIZE, AND REASON FOR THE EXCHANGE

ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED, OUR TEAM WILL PROVIDE THE RETURN ADDRESS. ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THIS INFORMATION

  • UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND IN PERFECT CONDITION
  • FREE FROM MAKEUP STAINS, FRAGRANCE, OR ANY SIGNS OF WEAR 

FYNRY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES THAT DO NOT MEET THESE STANDARDS. 

 

PROCESSING TIME 

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED. IF YOUR REQUESTED SIZE OR ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT VALID FOR 6 MONTHS.
