At FYNRY we understand that sizing may vary, and we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges for the perfect fit.
Ready-To-Dispatch Items
Items that are ready to ship can be refunded to the original payment method, as long as they are returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Made-To-Order Items
Each made-to-order piece is crafted with care and intention. If a return is needed, store credit is offered, giving you the freedom to select another piece while we continue creating garments designed to last.
Return and Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, contact orders@fynry.com within 7 business days of receiving your order with:
Full name, email, and order number
Item name, size, and reason for exchange
Once approved, our team will provide the return address. Items must be shipped back within 7 business days. Return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service , FYNRY is not responsible for lost returns.
Important
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and free from makeup, fragrance, or any signs of wear.
FYNRY reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these standards.
Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and approving the item
Quality and Care
All orders undergo a thorough quality check prior to dispatch. If your item arrives in a condition different from how it was sent, contact us orders@fynry.com with your full name, order number, and clear images, and our team will assist you promptly.
